To get our pool table as new it is essential to maintain it well, and part of the maintenance of a pool table is its cleanliness.
The first thing we will need is a suitable brush for pool tables. We will pass the brush to the entire cloth of the play area, “sweeping” the dust and chalky remains towards the embrasures or pockets. We will also pass the brush on the cloth of the bands. We discourage the use of vacuum cleaner, some are too powerful and this will only stretch the cloth and possibly also damage the joint of the slates.
We will pass a slightly damp cloth through the wooden bands, being careful not to touch the cloth of the bands. Then we passed a dry one, eliminating the marks of fingers and chalk remains.
Finally, we will clean pockets, first we will aspire the dust of the interior of the embrasure, and then depending on the material in which they are manufactured, the rest. For example, we will pass a wet cloth if they are rubber or plastic, or we will use a specific product if they are leather.
Avoid placing drinks around the pool table will keep it free of stains.
Do not eat near the table, remember that the grease of the snacks will end up in the pool cloth.
Put chalk on the cue stick away from the table.
Clean cloth with the special pool brush after each play session.
When you need to change the cloth, remember that it is best to leave the maintenance of your pool in the hands of professionals so that it is perfectly installed and prevent damage to the pool table. If you want a quote to change the cloth of your pool, contact us.
Many owners of billiards tables are often surprised when they see white spots appear on the billiard cloth. They think it’s the defect or the poor quality of the fabric, even if it’s about brands like, Simonis or Brunswick. From the first games, you will notice that some small, usually white, marks appear on the billiard cloth. Do not worry, it’s normal, it’s about micro-burns or ball burns. These micro-ball burns are actually marks that remain on the fabric as a result of the degradation of the surface of the ball. When hitting the white ball accelerates from 0 to more than 30 km / h in just a fraction of a second. The resulting friction temperature between the ball and the cloth can easily reach 250 ° C
To reduce the appearance of micro-burns, cloth and the balls must be clean. Any residue will leave marks on the cloth. A simple maintenance will prolong the life of your billiard cloth. You will only need a brush and a billiard ball cleaner.
A cloth with a high wool content (such as Brunswick or Simonis) helps reduce the appearance of these brands.
Phenolic billiard balls (such as Aramith) are more resistant to heat and wear at high temperatures than polyester balls, which also helps reduce the appearance of ball burns.
And when you need to change the cloth of your pool table remember that it is best to leave it in the hands of professionals to be perfectly installed and prevent damage to the pool table. If you want a quote to change the cloth of your pool table, contact us.

Using an appropriate product is important if we want to keep our football in good condition. Our special foosball lubricant helps us keep our foosball table perfectly lubricated and greased without damaging it.
How to use: We put some drops of special foosball lubricant on a piece of paper. We push all the bars to the side and we give them a fist or a bar, just outside the table, in all the bars. We push the bars to the other side and repeat. It is not necessary to grease inside, when pushing the bar will be perfectly lubricated.

2. Base in slate or wood?
If we look for an cheap billiard to give as a gift, to entertain the children without spending a lot or that can be folded up for storage, the most advisable option is billiard table with a wooden base.
Billiards with wooden base are cheapest than those billiards with slate base, and they will provide us a lot of funny hours, but we must to know that the slate is a fundamental element that will allow us to make plays that there are not possible in one of wood.
So, if we want to enjoy a good game of billiard with friends and family, or have a decorative element of great value, it is essential that our table has a good quality slate. The best billiards are only made with slate base.

1. What billiard table measure do we choose?
There are three standard sizes for pool tables
7ft – Internal measurement 2 x 1 m
8ft – Internal measurement 2.24 x1.12 m
9ft – Inside measurement 2.54 x 1.27 m
Why do we talk about interior measurement? Because to the extent of the game area or interior measurement we add the measure of the cue and it gives us the space we need. A cue usually measures between 1.4 and 1.45m, so we will add 1.5m for each side or 3m to the total.
For 7ft – we will need 5 x 4 m
For 8ft – we will need 5.24 x 4.12 m
For 9ft – we will need 5.54 x 4.27 m
