Notable Award LDA Portugal or Perfect Project S.L. España guarantees your billiards, pool bag, snooker tables (products) and table football against defects in material or workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear). Notable Award LDA Portugal or Perfect Project S.L. España, in its sole discretion, will repair or replace any and all proven defective parts. Excluded are products sold or used for commercial purposes, schools, and other establishments or institutions that involve intensive use. This warranty is subject to limitations only as set forth below.
This Warranty is not transferable and applies only to the initial purchaser of the Notable Award LDA Portugal or Perfect Project S.L. España Product (Owner) or an authorized reseller or agent.
Pockets and tables are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if the Product is not installed and serviced by Notable Award LDA Portugal or Perfect Project S.L. España or its Dealer or Authorized Agent.
Parts returned below must be shipped by conventional surface freight to Notable Award LDA or Perfect Project S.L. prepaid. If parts are determined by Notable Award LDA Portugal or Precision & Perfection S.L. España, in their sole discretion, defective, they will be repaired or replaced and returned prepaid by the conventional surface cargo carrier.
The cost of labor for the removal or replacement of the damaged part must be paid by Notable Award LDA Portugal or Perfect Project SL Spain or its Dealer or authorized agent (if the warranty explained above applies), however, the Shipping cost (as provided in this document) Product Notable Award LDA Portugal or Perfect Project SL Spain will not be refunded, will be the responsibility of the Owner.
Repair or replacement of any defective parts must be in full compliance with all obligations with respect to the Product. This Warranty does not require replacement of the entire pool, pocket pool or pool table or table football.
THIS WARRANTY IS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Notable Award LDA Portugal or Perfect Project S.L. España does not assume or authorize anyone to assume for Notable Award LDA Portugal or Perfect Project S.L. España any other obligation or liability in connection with the Products. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural disaster.
